On the first day, we travel to Dubuque, IA, arriving mid-afternoon, allowing free time to explore the Downtown Dubuque area.  We will spend the night in Dubuque at the Grand Harbor Resort, located on the banks of the Mississippi River within walking distance of the Diamond Jo Casino, National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium, Stone Cliff Winery, and the Grand River Center.
